I’m a Digital Manager and IT Consultant operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership.

I help companies transform complex challenges into structured, scalable digital solutions. My role is to align vision with execution — connecting business goals, engineering teams, and product thinking into one coherent direction.

Whether acting as a Tech Team Lead, SCRUM Master, or Business Analyst, I bring clarity to ambiguity and focus to teams. From shaping product ideas at zero to scaling engineering organizations, I design systems that are resilient, efficient, and built to last.

I work remotely from Poland 🇵🇱, collaborating with teams across borders and time zones.

Beyond work, I’m a father of two, a digital nomad, and a disciplined minimalist in progress. I value thoughtful technology, deliberate productivity, and continuous refinement — in systems and in life.
